Safety, versatility, and reliability are amongst the key characteristics of the Wall-Man personal pneumatic lift, making it the go-to choice for companies in over 40 countries worldwide. The Wall-Man is designed to fit spraybooths and preparation booths across a wide range of applications, including ATEX (“Atmosphere Explosible”) environments.

These ATEX environments include (but are not limited to):

Another key quality of the Wall-Man is its ease-of-use – it is capable of being moved on the X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis, giving operators exceptional freedom and the manoeuvrability they need to get the job done.

Wall-Man - Durable, versatile, and exceptionally economical

Durable, versatile, and exceptionally economical

The Wall-Man is straightforward to set up and install – it only needs to be connected to compressed air, with a recommended pressure of 7 bars. Since air is so easily accessible in many areas within a spraybooth or preparation booth, that effectively keeps the operational costs low.

The Wall-Man also offers impressive durability and longevity, being designed to last for 25 years (operating 8 hours per day, 250 days per year). All these factors combined make it truly unrivalled in terms of the performance and economy it provides, helping you streamline your operations for years to come.

If required, you can even specify a Wall-Man with a wider basket (1200mm) and a heavier operational capacity (200kgs) to allow two operators in the same basket, helping to optimise working efficiency even further. A minimum of 8 bars is required to enable the system to continue working as intended. NB: This feature must be requested at the earliest proposal stage.
