Bag filters

Bag Filters are used in HVAC systems for industrial and commercial applications, as well as for residential use to improve indoor air quality and comfort. The filters in the supply air are used as first and second filter stages, either as complete filtration solutions for these applications or as pre-filters for cleanroom process applications.

Panel Filters

Panel Filters play an important role in extending the lifetime of air handling units in residential and commercial buildings, such as hospitals and cleanrooms.

These filters generally act as a pre-filter, providing protection against large airborne particles. Beta Group’s Synthetic, Glass, and Pleated Panel Filters are available in a wide range of depths and sizes.

Foam Filter

A low efficiency filter suited to the following applications: air conditioning, fan coil units, oil mist elimination and cosmetic use (i.e. spray tan booths)

Grease Filter (Baffle Type)

A metal filter designed to improve hygiene standards and reduce fire hazards in kitchens.

Grease Filter (Mesh Type)

Designed to effectively remove grease and cooking oils from exhaust air in catering applications.

HEPA Filter

High efficiency particulate air filters (HEPA) are also known as ‘absolute filters’. Ideal for asbestos specialists, clean rooms and hospitals/operating theatres where cleanliness is vital.

• Available from efficiencies from 95% to 99.995% (H10 – H14) depending on the application
• Prevents the escape of hazardous particles – premium protection for critical filtration requirements
• Designed to cleanse indoor air – effective in providing a contaminant free workplace

Rigid Bag Filters

Rigid Bag Filters, also known as ‘Cassette Filters’ or ‘Compact Filters’, are ideal for confined spaces in HVAC systems or when large volumes of air flow are to be handled. Our range of air filtration products are designed to help you meet your legislative requirements to provide a clean air environment.

Drop Safe Filter

Also known as a ‘rigid pocket filter’. Designed for eliminating and draining free water (e.g. fog) and airborne particles (e.g. salt crystals).

• Patented sealed boot pocket design
• Suitable for extreme environmental conditions
• Grades G4, F5 and F6 available (as per EN 779-2012)

Carbon Filter

Activated carbon filters are used for purifying air, gases and liquids. They also provide odour control.

• Porous structure to absorb numerous substances and contaminants
• Accompanied by a special holding frame
• For use in a standard air conditioning unit

Synthetic filters

Synthetic Media Filters combine high dust holding capacity for long life with low pressure drop. This results in extremely cost-effective use due to minimal power consumption. These filters are regularly used as HVAC filters and spray booth filters.

They are ideal for use in electronic cabinets, air handling units, and spray booths. Generally, these filters act as a pre and coarse filtration barrier for air handling systems in general ventilation.
